I am a Personal Fitness Coach specialising in Small Group Personal Training.
I run a small business located in a hidden-away fitness studio in Portslade/West Hove. I offer small group training sessions for up to 4 people, ensuring that you receive my full attention and support. My program combines resistance/strength training to build a more toned and stronger body with cardio-based conditioning to train your heart and boost those endorphins. It's the ultimate training program designed to make you feel strong and fit, and it can be tailored to suit any level of fitness.
