One -To-One

One to one is for those who want to work on their individual concerns relating specifically to their body or who have very specific fitness goals.

Training programs will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. 1-2-1 training will push your limits to achieve maximum results, work according to your preferences and evolve with your progress. The exercises will vary time to time to challenge your body and mind and make it more fun. 1-2-1 sessions are entirely personalized and focus just on you.

Functional Fitness PT Class

Functional Fitness class combines resistance/strength training to build a more toned and stronger body with cardio-based conditioning to train your heart and boost those endorphins. It's the ultimate training programme designed to make you feel strong and fit, and it is tailored to suit any level of fitness. It's male and female friendly class and max capacity of 4 people per class, which gives you PT like training without breaking the bank.

Every class flow consist of: training specific warm-up, strength training followed by cardio based varied conditioning and class is finished with cool down stretch.

Class length: 60 - 75min

Olympic Weightlifting PT Class

A complete Weightlifting training programme to improve technique, get stronger and continue making PBs in the Snatch, Clean & Jerk. There are 2 oly training days a week. Each one will focus on one of the main lifts Snatch or Clean & Jerkand and related exercises. It will include warm-up, prep work, main lifts and accessory exercises for core strength, joint stability, and injury prevention. Class max capacity 3 people, so you can get the most quality training there is.
